client's needs. The Ortiz Group assembles the appropriate team
for each individual client’s needs. From the initial contact,

A Disciplined Business Approach:
To build effective partnerships with its clients,
The Ortiz Group embraces an approach to advocacy and consulting
that has a strong business framework by interconnecting our clients
with policymakers and the public. While each engagement is unique,
our framework is based on four key activities:
1) Environmental Assessment - Working with the
client, our carefully assembled team members conducts a complete
environmental assessment of strengths, resources, potential pitfalls,
goals and opportunities. And in times of unavoidable crisis, we
help clients protect their reputations and brands. Through interviews
with client leaders and key staff members, an inventory outline
of tasks is created and agreed upon.
2) Project Development Report - Using data gained
from the Resource Overview, an agreed upon strategy is developed
and implemented. A timeline for project implementation is created.
3) Goals and Benchmarks-These are defined early
in the engagement so successes can be gauged as quickly as possible
and strategic adjustments made, if necessary, to meet goals.
4) Continuous Communication-By continually
and openly exchanging ideas and judgments, clients and The Ortiz
Group team members build a strong working relationship for success
to build long-term plans for growth for increased effectiveness.
